Glitch On Rules or Announcements? No :/

Hello! I just want you to know, Members, when you want to make a thread in Rules or in Announcements. It doesn't let you correct? Well its in locked so members cannot post thread there.

Only the Admins and/or Moderators can make a thread in the "Rules Section"

Only the Admins, Moderators, or/and Chat-box Moderator can make a thread in the "Announcement Section"

This will be permanent thing(rule). Continue On Very Happy

Question? Please reply below. I will be glad to answer them.
Also, if members has announcements, they can post in "Member's Announcements" section Very Happy

Sorry, but do you mean in 1st paragraph Well its in locked so members cannot post thread there.
